A colleague and I stayed at the Crowne Plaze in Phoenix and were so pleased by the outstanding customer service we received. The staff were accommodating and bent over backwards to be helpful. The food was also delicious. I look forward to coming back!

The absolute best service!! Thomas Baca and his Amazing team need to be recognized. Juan and Randall T. need to be acknowledge for their very professional, friendly and most importantly welcoming manner. Mr. Baca thank you for your attention to detail. It was great that you checked the ingredients to make sure that my friend would not have an allergic reaction to the ingredients found in her beverage.
