The multicultural festival will include national headlining entertainment by the renowned 70s funk and soul band, Tower of Power and Latin R&B band of the 80s, Tierra, as well as a variety of local entertainment. Festivalgoers will also have the opportunity to sample a variety of local, traditional foods, beer and margaritas, shop arts and crafts, and enjoy celebrated Hispanic activities such as Ballet Folklorico, Lucha Libre, music by mariachis, and a classic, low-rider car show. The event will take place in Old Town Peoria on Washington Street, just southwest of Grand Avenue. Admission is $10, with a limited number of VIP experience tickets available for purchase.
